Please follow ordering instructions carefully.
Take our advice -- if you see something and want it .... buy it! Certain imports and collectibles may be extremely hard to come by. It may take anywhere from 1 week to several months to restock a title and there's always the threat of deletion.

An easy way to order is to use the order box system at the bottom of this page. If you prefer, you can order by phone to use your credit card, confirm availibility and use our personalized preview service. The best time to call and talk person to person is on random weekday evenings between 7pm and 10pm eastern. However, you can always leave your information on our voice mail system at any time. You may also fax, mail, or email your order information to us. Please send all inquiries by email (remember, communication is best achieved through email as long distance phone calls are rarely returned).

Many European imports do not come shrink-wrapped. Due to our drop-box security system, all remaining selections are non-shrink wrapped as well. Each selection is brand new and pre-checked against manufacturer's defects. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no returns... no exceptions.

Pricing fluctuation -- we try to keep our pricing consistent. Due to fluctuations in the international value of the dollar, pricing may occasionally change at any given time.

Also, if there is something available that you do not see in this catalog, ask us --- we may be able to special order it for you!

Finally, there are new artists and titles coming in every week, so keep checking regularly to be among the first to get the hottest new arrivals. Remember, we are the ultimate fans ourselves, so feel free to ask us anything about the music you want to know! USA

  • All orders shipped via US Postal Service Global Airmail. Allow 1-6 weeks for delivery.
  • We highly recommend the use of REGISTERED MAIL. Its an additional $15 option that signature guarantees proof of delivery and allows for package tracking. Without REGISTERED MAIL, we cannot be responsible for loss or theft of your order and to ship without is at your own risk.

  • $7 for 1 CD. $1 per each additional CD up to 4 CD's. $0.50 per each additional CD after 5 CD's.

  • South America
  • $8 for 1 CD. $2 per each additional CD up to 4 CD's. $1 per each additional CD after 5 CD's.

  • Europe
  • $9 for 1 CD. $2 per each additional CD up to 4 CD's. $1 per each additional CD after 5 CD's.

  • Asia / Australia / Far & Middle East
  • $10 for 1 CD. $2 per each additional CD up to 4 CD's. $1 per each additional CD after 5 CD's.
*For large orders overseas, we can omit the jewel case and charge $1 per each additional CD only if you specify.*

PAYPAL When paying by Paypal you must follow these easy steps. DO NOT SEND Paypal Payment without first confirming the availability of your order! 1. Send us an email (heavyrock@rochester.rr.com) to confirm the availability and stock of the cd's you are interested in. Your email will be used as the "order form" to fill your cd order. Please include your shipping address so we may also calculate your shipping charges. 2. Once we have received your "order" email, we will return a confirmation email with what is available and YOUR TOTAL COST INCLUDING SHIPPING. DO NOT SEND your Paypal payment until you have received our return confirmation on availability and your total cost!! 3. You can then use the Paypal Pay Now button below to put in your cd Description and YOUR TOTAL COST INCLUDING SHIPPING into the Unit Price.

    • Orders are processed as we receive payment and ship by the end of the same business week. Allow 1 to 3 weeks to receive order in USA, 1 to 6 weeks internationally. Overnight, insurance available upon request.
    • Personal check orders are processed at our discretion after check clears approximately 3 weeks. A $25 fee is applied on all returned checks.
    • We do not recommend that you send cash. If you insist, be sensible and conceal well. We are not responsible for any lost monies in the mail.
